Dough Crazy!

Course Description

Students will get ready to knead, roll, fold, and stretch their way through the science of dough in this hands-on kitchen lab! Participants will bake soft pretzels, hand-roll noodles, fold dumplings, and stretch pizza dough in this three-day class. Of course, students will taste every dish they make along the way!

Early Registration Checkpoint: Dec 21. Class will be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met by this date.

Logistics

• Participants should bring a water bottle with their name on it.

They emphasize instruction through activities and have a ton of fun while learning about science, math, and technology. All TigerLily STEM instructors are professional teachers or college students pursuing careers in STEM related fields
