Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Cancellations: JCE reserves the right to cancel programs. Programs will be cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment. The full registration fee will be refunded if JCE cancels a program. 

  • Refunds: Refund requests for all programs must be made at least 24 hours before the program begins. A $10 processing fee will be charged on all participant-initiated refunds.

  • Transfers: Transfer requests for all programs must be made at least 24 hours before the program begins. No processing fee will be charged on transfers.

  • Exceptions: 

    • A $5 processing fee will be charged on all participant-initiated refunds for Private Swimming Lessons.

    • KTC and the Johnston Blaze Swim Club have cancellation policies clearly described in participant handbooks.
